Cancellation Policies

When booking, please keep in mind our Cancellation Policies as they are different for each service.

If you need to cancel or reschedule:

  1. More than 24 hours in advance – Email us at team@grindtrainperform.com

  2. Day of your lesson – Send us a text at 609-757-9112. We will answer as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that we are on the floor training most weekdays 2 to 9pm and our response may be limited and on weekends our administrative hours are limited.

Private and Semi Private Lessons and Day Clinics:

Please remember that GTP has a 24-hour cancellation policy.

Group Classes:

There are no guaranteed make-up sessions for missed group classes. If a make-up session is available, it must be scheduled within the current scheduling block. All group class packages expire two (2) months from the first visit, unless prior arrangements have been made with Coach Jackie. Class packages must be purchased in full on the first day of the session.

​Little GTPers:

If the class is offered only once per week, there are no make-up sessions for classes missed by the GTPer.

If more than one session per week is offered, we will do our best to schedule a make-up within the current scheduling block. Make-ups are not guaranteed. Refunds will only be issued if a valid doctor’s note is provided for the missed class.

Summer Camp:

Please note that no refunds will be issued if a camper misses a scheduled camp day. We will do our best to accommodate by offering a make-up day in another camp session during the same summer, based on availability. If a camper is unable to attend due to illness and a doctor’s note is provided for the missed dates, we will refund the corresponding camp days.
